Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your BillForge account and associated account data by emailing us from the email address linked to your BillForge account.
How To Send The Request
Email hellobillforge.ai@gmail.com with the subject line: Delete my BillForge account.
Include your BillForge account email address and write that you want your account deleted. We may ask for confirmation to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Data We Delete
When your deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize account data connected to your BillForge account, including saved profile details, saved customers, saved items, saved documents, package details, and PDF usage data where applicable.
Data We May Keep
We may keep limited records when required for legal, payment, tax, refund, fraud prevention, dispute, or security reasons. Payment processors such as Razorpay may keep payment records under their own legal and compliance requirements.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 30 days.
