BillForge is a business document and billing productivity app for creating invoices, receipts, quotations, estimates, and related calculator summaries.
Information We Collect
BillForge may collect account details such as your name, email address, login status, selected package, PDF usage count, payment status, and support messages.
BillForge may store the business document data you choose to enter, including business details, customer details, item details, GST or tax details, invoice details, receipt details, quotation details, and estimate details.
BillForge may use browser storage, cookies, or similar local storage to keep your session, preferences, saved draft data, dark mode setting, and offline app files.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. BillForge does not store card, UPI, bank, wallet, or full payment credential details. BillForge may store payment ID, order ID, plan, amount, and payment status to activate packages and support refunds.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide login, save billing records, create and preview documents, manage PDF limits, activate packages, process payment status, provide support, improve reliability, and protect the app from misuse.
Service Providers
BillForge may use trusted service providers, including Supabase for account and data storage, Razorpay for payment processing, website hosting providers, and email support providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or when needed to process payments, refunds, support, security, or account requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including HTTPS for network communication where supported. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention And Deletion
We keep account and document data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your BillForge account and associated data from the Account Deletion page.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, tax, refund, fraud prevention, dispute, or security reasons.
Children
BillForge is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
