Is BillForge accounting software?
No. BillForge is a simple document and PDF billing workspace.
Can I create GST invoices?
Yes. You can add GSTIN, HSN/SAC, CGST, SGST, IGST, and place of supply.
Do I need to login?
Yes, login is required to track monthly PDF usage and plans.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. BillForge does not store card, UPI, or bank details.
Your account, plan, usage, and saved billing data are handled through Supabase and browser storage.

BillForge may collect your name, email address, account details, monthly plan information, PDF usage count, and payment status when you create an account or choose a plan.
We use your information to provide login, track PDF generation limits, manage monthly plans, process payments, improve the website, and respond to support requests.
Payments are handled through Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, bank, or wallet details on this website.
User account and monthly plan data may be stored using Supabase. We take reasonable steps to protect user data, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
Each monthly plan includes either a fixed PDF generation limit or unlimited PDF generation access for 30 days, according to the plan rules shown on the Pricing page.
Calculators provide simple estimates. Tax, GST, ROI, profit, and cash flow results should be checked with a qualified professional before business or legal decisions.

BillForge monthly plans are digital services that unlock PDF generation limits for a 30-day access period. Once a plan is activated and used, refunds may not be available.
If you are charged twice or payment succeeds but your monthly plan is not activated, contact us with your payment ID and account email.
Eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
